Leap is operated by Cameron Page, Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Leap is a sales-training app. Reps practice conversations against an AI-played homeowner and receive AI-written scores and coaching. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You may only create an account or join a team if you are at least 16 years old.
The homeowner you practice with, the voice you hear, and the coaching and scores are generated by AI. They can be wrong. They are practice and training aids, not legal, financial or professional advice, and they do not predict or guarantee sales results.
Practice sessions are saved as transcripts and scores. Voice sessions may also be recorded. Transcripts and voice recordings are kept while your company's account is active and deleted when the account is closed; optional camera clips are deleted after about 30 days. Owners and Managers of your company can review your sessions. The company owner is responsible for telling their reps that sessions are recorded and for getting any consent the law in their area requires. Do not say anything in a practice session you would not want your employer to see, and do not use real customers' personal information.
There are two plans. Base (1 to 5 reps: 5 rep seats and 150 practice sessions a month) is $497.99 USD per month or $4,979.90 USD per year, with a one-time $1,000 USD on-board fee. Team (6 to 10 reps: 10 rep seats and 300 practice sessions a month) is $892.99 USD per month or $8,929.90 USD per year, with a one-time $1,500 USD on-board fee. Extra seats are $79 USD per month each.
New accounts get a 3-day free trial. A card is required. When the trial ends, the first charge is your plan's price for the first month (or first year, on an annual plan) plus its one-time on-board fee (plus any tax). After that the plan renews at the same price every month (or every year) plus any add-ons you choose, until you cancel. Nothing is charged during the trial. You can cancel any time from Account, and cancel before day 3 to pay nothing. A company or card that already had a free trial gets no new trial, and is charged when it subscribes. There is no contract. Payments are handled by Stripe.
30-Day Door-Ready Guarantee: Have every rep finish 20 sessions in their first 14 days. If after 30 days you don't think your reps are better at the door, tell me and I'll refund your full on-board fee. No contract, cancel any time.
How to claim: email pagecameron701@gmail.com between day 30 and day 45 after your first payment and tell us your reps aren't better at the door.
What qualifies: every rep on your account on the day of your first payment completed 20 qualifying sessions in their first 14 days. A qualifying session lasts 5 minutes or more and is real practice, counted in the same unit as your monthly session allowance.
How we check: within 7 days of your request we review each rep's session records, including length and content. Sessions under 5 minutes, or that are mostly silence or not real practice, don't count. If every rep qualified, your full on-board fee is refunded within 14 days of your request. If not, we'll show you which reps fell short and by how many.
What it covers: the on-board fee only, once per company. Monthly or annual charges, extra seats and add-ons are not refunded.
The guarantee does not promise any sales or income.
Do not share logins outside your seats, attack or probe the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to harass anyone or to break the law.
You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. See the Privacy Policy.
We may share your company name, short quotes you send us, and team score changes (never rep names without permission) in Leap's marketing. Tell us at any time to stop.
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for lost sales, profits or indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
