Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

Leap is operated by Cameron Page, Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Questions about your data: pagecameron701@gmail.com. This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

What we collect

Your company name, email, a salted bcrypt hash of your password (we never store the password itself), rep names and optional profile pictures, practice transcripts, scores and coaching, voice-session recordings, optional camera clips a rep chooses to share, and the date you confirmed you are 16+ and accepted these terms.

How long we keep it

Transcripts and voice recordings are kept while your company's account is active and deleted when the account is closed. An account is closed when the owner asks us to delete it at pagecameron701@gmail.com; cancelling the subscription alone keeps your data so you can come back. Optional camera clips are deleted after about 30 days.

Who processes it

We use Stripe (payments; we never see or store your full card number), ElevenLabs (voice), Anthropic (AI scoring and coaching) and Railway (hosting and database). Your practice content is sent to the voice and AI providers to run the service. We do not sell your data. With your company's agreement under our Terms, we may use your company name, short quotes you send us and team score changes (never rep names without permission) in Leap's marketing; tell us at any time to stop.

Who can see it

Reps see their own sessions. Owners and Managers see their team's. Leap staff may access data only to support or secure the service.

Keeping it safe

Connections use HTTPS, sessions use secure cookies, and access is limited to logged-in members of your company. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and data by emailing pagecameron701@gmail.com. Do not enter real customers' personal information in practice sessions.

Age

Leap is for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
